Reservations for the 2008 season can be made beginning on January 1st. All cottage rental weeks start Saturdays at 3:00 p.m. Check-out time Saturday 9:00 a.m. A 33% deposit is required on all reservations. Deposits must be received within 2 weeks to secure reservations unless special arrangements are made. Cancellation policy: No deposits refunded after May 15. Each cottage is furnished with bed linens, blankets, pillows, tableware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, toaster, and auto drip coffee maker. Chaise lounges, charcoal grill, and umbrella table with chairs also included. We do not furnish towels. Cribs and high chairs available, however, we do not furnish linens, blankets or pillows for cribs. Guests also receive a 10% discount in our shop off of regular priced items. (Discount does not apply to online store.) A WORD ABOUT OUR BOATS The blue and silver Northcote "Fleet" is comprised of 14-foot aluminum boats, each with a load capacity of 800lbs. They are designed to row easily, yet handle a 20 h.p. or less outboard motor. One of these is assigned to each cottage for your exclusive use as a guest at Northcote. Life jackets are available on request. We also feature a 75-foot long Aquamatic pier.
