Reservations for the 2010 season can be made beginning on January 1st.
All cottage rental weeks start Saturdays at 3:00 p.m. Check-out time Saturday 9:00 a.m. A 33% deposit is required on all reservations. Deposits must be received within 2 weeks to secure reservations unless special arrangements are made. Cancellation policy: No deposits refunded after May 15. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards for cottage rentals. NO dogs or other pets permitted. NO Exceptions! Each cottage is furnished with bed linens, blankets, pillows, tableware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, toaster, auto drip coffee maker, microwave, TV & DVD player. Chaise lounges, charcoal grill, and umbrella table with chairs also included. We do not furnish towels. Pack and Play and high chairs available, however, we do not furnish linens, blankets or pillows for pack and play. Guests also receive a 10% discount in our shop off of regular priced items. (Discount does not apply to online store). A WORD ABOUT OUR BOATS The blue and silver Northcote "Fleet" is comprised of Dunphy 14-foot aluminum boats, each with a load capacity of 800 lbs. They are designed to row easily, yet handle a 3 h.p. to 20 h.p. or less outboard motor. One of these is assigned to each cottage for your exclusive use as a guest at Northcote. Life jackets are available on request. No charge. We also feature a 75-foot long Aquamatic pier.
